We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor, Injury Management to join our Health, Safety & Environment team in Sydney or Brisbane. This national role will play a key part in supporting injured employees, strengthening early intervention and return-to-work outcomes, and partnering with operational leaders to drive effective injury management across our business.

About the Role

As an Advisor, Injury Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the workers compensation and injury management function across multiple sites. Working closely with operational leaders, insurers, rehabilitation providers, and injured employees, you will drive positive injury management outcomes, ensure legislative compliance, and support employees in their safe and timely return to work. Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage workers compensation and injury management cases end-to-end, including early intervention, return-to-work planning, and employee recovery support.

• Provide onsite injury triage, guidance, and timely escalation to ensure appropriate treatment pathways.

• Partner with leaders, insurers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive outcomes.

• Provide expert advice on workers compensation, rehabilitation, and legislative compliance.

• Monitor claims performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

• Prepare reports and insights to support compliance and business decision-making.

• Drive injury prevention initiatives and promote a positive safety culture.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with legislative and company requirements.

• Support and develop the Injury Management team practices and coach leaders on effective return-to-work practices.

About You

• Experience managing workers’ compensation, injury management and RTW programs.

• RTW Coordinator accreditation or equivalent experience. Clinical background highly regarded.

• Skilled in injury triage, early intervention and escalation.

• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation and WHS legislation.

• Proven case management, rehabilitation and RTW experience.

• Experience partnering with insurers, medical and rehabilitation providers.

• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

•  Proactive, practical and customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing and safe recovery.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our retail partner Jetstar team, supporting reporting, analytics and business intelligence across our inflight retail operations.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Jetstar, this role is ideal for a commercially minded analyst with a strong finance background and technical reporting expertise. You will deliver insights that support business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will enhance reporting capability, drive data-informed decisions and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and enhance commercial reporting, dashboards and management reporting to support business performance.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Support P&L analysis, profitability reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting standards and governance processes to ensure trusted data outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality and strengthen analytics capability.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and key stakeholders to deliver business analysis, process improvements and reporting solutions that create value.

About you:

• Experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A or Financial Analyst role is highly preferred.
• Experience with P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SQL or other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to partner with Finance and operational stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Business, Analytics or a related discipline.

So, what does a typical day look like?

As a Catering Attendant, you’re an integral member of our team, working across a range of areas to prepare all elements required to deliver a memorable dining experience for passengers onboard our airline customers flights. To do this, you perform a variety of roles across our kitchen, bar make up, and wash areas.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

• Food handling, plating meals, and meal tray set, ensuring presentation specifications are met using our visual guides.
• Stocking airline carts with dry store items including equipment (crockery, cutlery, glassware), packaged snacks, and beverages.
• Loading and unloading our wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
• Compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines, and adherence to hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure delivery times are met.

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

• Sound numerical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as move and lift items.
• Ability to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
• Neat and tidy presentation.
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP (desired but not essential).
• Basic knife skills (desired but not essential).

Our busy catering unit in Perth Airport is looking for a motivated and driven Catering Leading Hand to join their team on a full-time basis.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

• Lead by example and competently perform all duties of a Senior Catering Attendant and Catering Attendant.
• Supervise, train, and induct team members within designated work areas in all internal and external policies and procedures.
• Thoroughly understand and implement quality control techniques and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Ensure that that area of responsibility is properly organised and productivity and performance criteria are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity in designated work areas.
• Investigate discrepancies in stock take.
• Skilled use of knives and machinery.

So, what does a day in the life of a Chef look like?

As a member of our culinary team, you are responsible for creating delicious, high‑quality meals served onboard some of the world’s top airlines. In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

• Prepare and cook hot and cold Economy and Business class meals for our Domestic and International Airline customers.
• Work to the menu specifications of each airline, ensuring ingredient accuracy.
• Assist the Kitchen Team meet daily production targets in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Minimise food wastage and ensure effective stock control.
• Maintain a clean and hygiene working environment at all times.
• Follow all Food Safety, HSE and Hygiene policies, including HACCP, IFSA and QSA

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

• Clear National Police Check.
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications 
• Min 3 years commercial Chef experience
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred but not essential.
• Passion and drive to deliver high quality food for our customers.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster & availability to work 38 hrs/week

What does a typical day look like?

Central to our Production team, you will be working in a busy, open plan kitchen preparing & cooking various international hot & cold meals in commercial quantities, for our customer Airlines. Following our Master Production Schedules (MPS), ensuring meals are cooked to specification, including dietaries and allergens for each scheduled flight.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

• Preparing hot & cold meals for business & economy class passengers for various airlines, in commercial quantities (up to 3,000 a day)
• Manage stock control & minimizing food wastage.
• Cleaning & maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times.
• Strictly following menu specifications as well as Food Safety / HACCP, QA & WHS.

So, what does a day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver look like?

As a member of our Airside team, you are the face of dnata catering out on the tarmac and are responsible for the very important task of correctly loading catering onto the aircraft. To do this, you need to load fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto our hi-lift trucks and drive a short distance to the aircraft.

• Short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including re-fueling.

• Communicate and coordinate with Airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.

More about this role:

As a Japanese Specialty Chef, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our kitchens for our Airline Customers Japanese meals. This exciting hands on role will supervise a team of kitchen staff, as well as managing daily operational and production challenges.

You will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in charge of Production to plan, develop and cost multi-course menus for Economy, Business Class and First Class meals and liaise with our Japanese clients on requirements and specific food orders.

• Delivering large volumes of food (commercial quantities) for our clients.

• Trade qualified Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a high volume food production environment.

This role is responsible for supporting the Business and Department Managers in ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, informed, and aligned through each aspect of our training and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, we are seeking someone who lives and breaths training! 

In a nutshell your responsibilities are:

• Provide daily support to the business unit across all training and compliance needs.
• Action end to end tasks related to the Employee’s training and compliance life cycle, specifically Induction Training, New Starter check ins, Refresher Course Training, Upkeep of Qualifications, including processes and actions in associated systems. This includes management of Labour Hire Agency employee compliance.
• Manage Training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate Trainer availability.
• Ensure strong relationships are built across the Unit to enable a seamless, quality-led service to the business, with staff, line managers, head office and necessary external stakeholders.
• Send out training invitations, reminders, and updates to participants, as well as communicate with trainers and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the coordination of national and in-house training.
• Deliver and facilitate training including but not limited to First Day Inductions.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and other relevant data.
• Maintain accurate records of employee compliance documents such as Licences, ABF documentation, visas and other relevant information.
• Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Collect training program feedback and support continuous improvement processes.
• Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments, and in some cases, contribute to the design and development of training programs. 
• Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly compliance reports as requested.

What do you need to do to be successful in this role:

• Available Mon to Fri for a 38 hour week
• Previous exposure to coordinating, preparing and delivering training.
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in a Training role is preferred.
• Experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders and suppliers in a high volume, high value environment.
• Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in accurate documentation and records management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Success in business partnering, working professionally across teams.

Position Purpose
Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd (trading as dnata catering & retail) is looking for several Truck Drivers to work in Perth, Western Australia.

Responsibilities
• Operating a medium rigid MR vehicle
• Responsible for loading and unloading of galley equipment onto a truck; driving the truck to various types of aircraft, and loading the equipment
• Liaise with customers and hand over delivery
• Preparation and packing of catering equipment
• Perform driving duties (short distance)
• Responsible for marshalling other Drivers on the tarmac to position the truck in line with company, airport and/or airline policies
• Perform basic serviceability and daily maintenance checks of vehicles and equipment, including the refuelling of vehicles
• Perform administrative duties (reporting) and compile reports and documents
• Report all vehicle/plant defects as per Company procedures
• Assemble, pack and check off completed flight at kitchen production unit and on board the aircraft
• Follow up any discrepancies and ensure flight is correct
• General cleaning duties of aircraft galleys, vehicles and cabin service areas
• Play a buddy role to welcome new Workers by providing advice and guidance on the day-to-day aspects of working at the Company
• Perform such tasks in accordance with Company specifications, to comply with hygiene, quality, safety, performance and customer service standards
• Ensure adherence to Galley Loading Plan (GLP), Cart Packing Plan (CPP) and Equipment Loading Plan (ELP) as applicable to the role
• Adhere to the Company's policy in relation to HALAL, HACCP, QSAI / Food Safety, Workplace Health and Safety, Quarantine and Customs as applicable to the role
• Work in other areas of the unit for part or whole of shift basis to meet operational demands.

• At least 1 year of experience as a truck driver
• MR/ HR license is a must
• Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to manage own time effectively
• Ability to work as instructed following both verbal and written work instructions

About the role

You will monitor domestic and international airline stock and equipment levels, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet daily demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stock reviews, replenishments, and internal distribution of inbound stock.
• Report and handle damaged or de-listed stock in line with ABF regulations.
• Coordinate stock deliveries from offsite warehouses and airline customers.
• Maintain documentation for customs audits and compliance reports.
• Monitor stock expiry/date codes and ensure timely reporting.
