Based in Brisbane or Broadbeach, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, strengthen leadership capability and drive a high‑performance culture. Your impact - Set direction and lead delivery of Corporate People & Culture services.
- Build capability within the P&C team to deliver pragmatic, high‑impact outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to enable strong performance and effective leadership.
- Ensure people practices are consistent, compliant and aligned to business strategy.
- Drive measurable improvements in employee experience and engagement.
- Lead key people initiatives, transformation activity and organisational change.
- Apply data and insights to strengthen decision‑making and manage people risk.
- Own reward and recognition programs that reinforce performance and values.
What do you need to be successful in securing this role? - Experience leading a People & Culture or HR team in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and deliver outcomes through others.
- Strong commercial mindset with a practical, solution‑focused approach.
- Proven experience leading people initiatives, change and improvement programs.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, compliance and people risk.
- Strong prioritisation, judgement and decision‑making capability.
- Confident communicator with well‑developed written and verbal skills.
- Experience leveraging HR systems and people insights to drive performance.
