We have an exceptional opportunity that has become available for a motivated and experienced Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our fabulous People & Culture team in a fulltime capacity at our Perth Airport facility.

More about this role

This role is responsible for supporting the Business and Department Managers in ensuring all employees are fully compliant, engaged, informed, and aligned through each aspect of our training and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, we are seeking someone who lives and breaths training! 

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily training and compliance needs across the business.
• Manage the full employee training lifecycle (inductions, check-ins, refreshers, qualifications, compliance).
• Coordinate training schedules, rooms, equipment, and trainers.
• Communicate with staff, managers, trainers, and external stakeholders.
• Send training invites, reminders, and updates.
• Deliver and support training sessions, including inductions.
• Maintain accurate training and compliance records.
• Prepare training materials and gather feedback for improvement.
• Identify training needs and assist with program development.
• Produce regular compliance reports.

What do you need to do to be successful in this role

• Available Monday–Friday (38 hours/week).
• Experience coordinating and delivering training (2+ years preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
