About the Role We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our retail partner Jetstar team and strengthen reporting, analytics and business intelligence capability across our inflight retail operations. Partnering with key stakeholders across business operations, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive commercial outcomes, enhance operational performance and enable continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and enhance commercial reporting, dashboards and management reporting to support business performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting standards and governance processes to ensure trusted data outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality and strengthen analytics capability.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver business analysis, process improvements and reporting solutions that create value.
This is a full-time position located at the Dnata Catering & Retail facility in Coolangatta About You - A degree in Business, Business Analytics, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience developing dashboards or reporting solutions using Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Experience with data modelling, SQL, Power BI or reporting automation tools.
- Experience within aviation, retail, food manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments will be advantageous.
- Full ongoing working rights in Australia and the ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
