We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Equipment & Wash Manager to join our Operations team in Brisbane within dnata catering & retail Australia. 

More about this role 

Reporting to the General Manager, Melbourne, this role is responsible for leading Equipment & Wash operations across Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Bar Packing, and logistics functions. You will ensure airline equipment is managed accurately and efficiently to meet operational schedules, safety standards, and customer requirements. 

You will lead a large operational team, drive workflow efficiency, maintain stock integrity, and support continuous improvement across the department. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage equipment stock levels and airline inventory 

• Ensure flights are completed accurately and on schedule 

• Oversee dishwash, packing, and logistics operations 

• Lead and support operational teams across shifts 

• Resolve operational issues and equipment shortages 

• Support labour planning and productivity targets 

• Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, and safety standards 

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency 

About you 

• 5+ years’ management experience in operations, logistics, catering, or aviation 

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams 

• Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments 

• Good problem-solving and communication skills 

• Understanding of WHS and food safety standards 

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
