We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our Head Office team as a Talent Advisor based in Broadbeach, on a full-time basis for a six month contract (with potential extension)

 

More about this role:

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture - Corporate, this role will be responsible for supporting and driving recruitment across our national network, with a strong focus on operational roles. You will be part of a large team of professionals within the national People & Culture team.

 

The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting Line Managers and P&C representatives within the operational business units to drive end-to-end recruitment processes. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be focused, and outcomes driven to achieve optimal results for the business.

 

What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and operational roles
  • Support with identifying, setting up and managing Job related events.
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement practices in recruitment, sourcing processes and systems.
  • Consult with hiring Hiring Managers to create or update position descriptions in line with measurable and achievable KPI’s.
  • Consult with hiring Line Mangers to accurately collate information pertinent to the recruitment requisition and advertising process.
  • When directed liaise with recruitment agencies for difficult to recruit roles.
  • Support the development of internal and external talent pools.
  • Coordinate pre–employment checks (references, medicals and police checks).
  • Completion of weekly and monthly tracking dashboard reports.
  • Develop relevant interview guides in liaison with the Hiring Manager.
  • Attend as a panel representative in interview assessments where required.
  • Document control management; in particular - position descriptions, interview guides and presentation briefs.

 What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

  • Demonstrated success in a similar end to end high volume recruitment role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and manage a changing workload.
  • Experience using competency-based recruitment tools and systems (ATS).
  • Excellent computer skills within the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • An organised approach to all processes and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, remembering all recruitment materials are customer facing and directly impact our brand and reputation.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally & externally.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
