Help us manage and coordinate the daily People & Culture function and be the main point of contact. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Corporate, this role will be responsible for supporting all P&C functions at Head Office as well as the wider national team. Also this is a great opportunity for exposure to various exciting projects in 2026 and beyond! What are your responsibilities? - Oversee the entire employee life cycle and manage associated processes.
- Provide daily operational administrative support to the People & Culture team on various HR and Payroll related areas.
- Understand and accurately interpret the company industrial agreements and relevant awards to create employment offers and contracts.
- Maintain the company HRMS and ensure employee compliance (updating of visa, licence and police check information).
- Assist with new Employee inductions in the Corporate Office.
- Take ownership of internal systems and perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all employee data
- Build and nuture relationships with the Payroll team, as well as Key Leaders and team members across the organisation
- Document control management including P&C forms, corporate and operational policies, position descriptions, requisition trackers and share point resources
What do you need to be successful in securing this role? - Demonstrated success in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is highly regarded.
- Demonstrate initiative with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in handling confidential issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Be proactive and adaptable.
- Highly organised disposition with a strong administrative skill set.
- High computer literacy and ability to get up to speed with new technology quickly.
