This is a full-time position, preferably based at our Head Office in Broadbeach. However, applications from candidates based at one of our major facilities in Coolangatta, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne will also be considered.

About the Role 

We're looking for a commercially minded professional to lead supplier performance and contract governance across our national operations. You will build strong supplier partnerships, drive accountability, and ensure our suppliers consistently deliver value, quality and service excellence. Key Responsibilities include: 

• Lead supplier relationship management (SRM), performance, contract governance, and compliance across the supplier network.  
• Develop and monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs and performance reporting.  
• Foster strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence.
• Identify risks, resolve performance issues and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Procurement and business leaders to maximise commercial value and operational outcomes. 

About You 

• Experience in supplier relationship management, supplier performance, contract management or procurement governance. 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. 
• Commercial acumen with a sound understanding of contracts, KPIs and supplier performance. 
• A proactive, organised mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
