We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Head Office team in sunny Broadbeach as Contracts Administrator, on a 12 month fixed-term basis. More about this role: Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support including but not limited to contract management, recording notes for any reviews, drawing up and finalising contracts, assisting with amendments to contracts and continuous improvement of processes and frameworks to deliver contractual obligations to meet the business standards and expectations. In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are: - Assist with reviews of commercial agreements by confidently reading and interpreting contract terms and conditions
- Identify deliverables required in contracts and time frames associate, continually monitor and report to internal stakeholders
- Identify changes and any potential contractual risks to meet organisational obligations
- Explain contract requirements, terms and conditions to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Draft contracts using existing templates
- Prepare contract related correspondence and notices
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports such as upcoming expiring contracts
- Finalise contracts for execution via hard copies or Docusign
- Filing, posting and updating registers and online platforms
What do you need to be successful in securing this role? - Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Contract Administration or Legal Administration experience is preferred
- Salesforce, Ariba and other tender portal experience beneficial but not required
- Previous experience in preparing tender submissions highly regarded
