The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team in our Coolangatta office on the beautiful Gold Coast. This is an 8-month Maternity Leave contract.


Reporting to the National WHS Manager, and working closely with the national compliance managers, you will be responsible for updating and managing the distribution of compliance manuals and maintaining the document control register for food safety, training, WHS, security and other compliance functions.


The Compliance Administrator is accountable for updating all training records and licenses, preparing reports, ATO applications and managing records and correspondence.


Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team
  • Management and processing of all compliance database changes and related matters
  • Maintenance of training records and preparation of compliance reports
  • Supporting incident management and investigations
  • Issuing monthly Compliance reports to key stakeholders and management

The Person

This role will suit someone with strong attention to detail and experience in a similar administrative support role. The successful candidate will bring their experience in Customs, ATO and DAFF warehouse license applications, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills using complex formulas.


Along with outstanding communication skills and a track record in managing Electronic Document Management System, we are looking for someone who is passionate about compliance to be a hands-on member of our team.
