We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional who can administratively and strategically support the Operations for a fast paced multi-site national food manufacturing business. Great opportunity to join our Jetstar Retail team and be based at any of our Airport office locations in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

dnata catering & retail is contracted as Retail Management Partner (RMP) to supply and oversee the management of Inflight Retail and associated services, to Jetstar (JQ) Group Airlines including Jetstar Airways in Australia, Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Japan.

More about this Role

The Supply and Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing effective support for our Jetstar teams stationed across the country. Specifically assisting the Retail business to achieve operational and financial targets as well as ensuring the ongoing service standards for our customer.

What does a typical day look like?

Reporting to our Manager, Supply and Operations, Jetstar you will be responsible for providing administrative and reporting support, supply chain and operations coordination, systems support and assisting with national project work.

What are your responsibilities?

• Prepare format and distribute operational reports, summaries and dashboards.
• Assist with analysing data and identifying trends
• Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation across both portfolios
• Assist in scheduling and planning operational activities and meetings.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, timely responses
• Support audits, quality checks and compliance requirements
• Provide Supply and Operations updates communicated across the various teams 
• Collaborate with all other departments including HSE, Food Safety, WFP, Finance and People & Culture on various works

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

• Demonstrated success in a similar role (multi-city or national ideal)
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Operations Admin Support 
• Strong administrative, report writing and presentation skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders
• Display business and industry acumen
• Competent in documentation and records management using MS Office Suite
