We are seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team based at our Head Office in Broadbeach.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Billing, the Revenue Analyst ensures accurate billing by reconciling data in JDE, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customers and internal teams to maintain invoice accuracy and minimise revenue leakage.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile billing data in JDE against pricing and customer agreements
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and data issues
• Maintain accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries
• Produce weekly and monthly billing reports
• Monitor systems and support issue resolution and improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and billing processes
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to billing queries

About you

• Proven experience in a similar Revenue Analyst or billing/reconciliation role
• Experience working in high-volume, data-driven environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. lookups, formulas, macros)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
