About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Coordinator, Construction Projects to join our Facilities & Fleet team based in Broadbeach.

Reporting to the GM, Facilities & Fleet, you will coordinate and support facilities, maintenance, and construction projects across Australia, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through strong administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and contract support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction, maintenance, and facilities projects
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, registers, and reports
• Support invoices, payment claims, and cost tracking
• Assist with contract administration, compliance, and risk management
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up actions

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

• Experience in project coordination, facilities, or construction support
• Exposure to construction, maintenance, or building environments (desirable)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills
