The Opportunity


We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team; located in the heart of Broadbeach. This position is responsible for the efficient administration, development and day-to-day support of dnata catering Australia’s IT systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure IT systems are available and aligned to business requirements
  • Develop and maintain systems, processes and documentation to support the business
  • Project management of third-party app and systems development
  • Data manipulation and integration to support business or IT initiatives
  • Work with business subject matter experts to develop and document requirements for enhanced system functionality
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and other key roles
  • Continuously seek ways to improve on the provision of services and processes

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment
  • Technical skills in Windows systems administration, MS SQL and frontend web development using HTML, PHP or similar
  • Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) well regarded
  • Development experience with PowerBI analytics and reporting
  • Project management skills and demonstrated experience managing vendors
  • Dynamic, agile, flexible and positive approach and willingness to multitask when required
  • Advanced documentation skills, ability to clearly document processes, requirements, and proposed solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Personable with excellent customer service and ability to relate to and train system users
