The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team in our Broadbeach office on the beautiful Gold Coast.


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the objective of the role is the design and implementation of HR initiatives that will contribute to developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture lead by inspiring leaders.  The role has specific focus on improving leadership capability and embedding systems that support merit-based decision-making. 


Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Involvement in the design and delivery of a Leadership Development program and suite of tools;
  • Tailoring and implementing a performance and coaching framework;
  • Designing and implementing a national recognition program;
  • Embedding a remuneration framework and process; and
  • Leading the culture survey process and action planning.

The Person

This role will suit someone who has a broad range of human resources experience, with previous success in the design and implementation of initiatives.  The successful candidate will bring their contemporary view of HR, along with strong customer orientation and experience in co-design.


Along with relevant qualifications, outstanding communication skills and a track record in stakeholder management, we are looking for someone who is passionate about people and willing to be a hands-on member of our team.
