The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Manufacturing Accountant to join our Finance team in our Snap Fresh facility in Crestmead.


Reporting to the Business Manager, the objective of the role is to deliver grounded business intelligence and analysis as part of ongoing improvement programs, developing financial insights and reports to inform our strategy and drive sustainable business success. You will be responsible for efficient and accurate costing and pricing of airline menus, taking into account variations in component costs, production costs and other services. 


Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation
  • Identify pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
  • Deliver accurate reporting / pricing analysis and support teams across the business
  • Lead and support the business unit through project management, financial analysis and process improvement

The Person

This role will suit someone who has professional experience in management accounting, finance or finance management, with previous success in a manufacturing focused role, coupled with strong research and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be logical thinking, capable of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and supporting conclusions with data driven insights.


Along with relevant qualifications, outstanding communication skills and a track record in stakeholder management, we are looking for someone with a high-level of business acumen who is able to prioritise and manage their own activities and take personal accountability for resolving complex issues.
