A day in the life of a Chef 
Join our Perth team as a full-time Chef and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-flight dining experience for some of the world’s leading 5-star airlines. Key responsibilities include:

• Working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. 
• Preparing and cooking a variety of bulk hot and cold dishes, following menu specifications and ensuring consistent quality. 
• Using advanced knife skills and food preparation equipment efficiently, maintaining portion control and minimising waste. 
• Conducting quality checks and upholding all food safety, safety, and hygiene policies, including HACCP. 
• Coordinating catering staff and other team members to deliver to production schedules. 
• Demonstrating basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

About You 

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia  
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment 
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) 
• 2+ years’ Chef experience.  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen under pressure. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications. 
• Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and to stand for extended periods.
• Food hygiene and HACCP knowledge (desirable).
