  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods against the master delivery schedule.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and delivery status using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and 4PL software.
  • Coordinate stock movements between central and local warehouses to meet regional demand.
  • Work closely with the Planning team to anticipate future transport capacity requirements.
  • Ensure vehicle and driver capacity aligns with changing business needs and seasonal peaks.
  • Provide proactive updates regarding delivery schedules, inventory status and potential delays.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL/4PL logistics partners and monitor performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Support strong DIFOT delivery performance and customer service outcomes.
Identify supplier performance discrepancies and validate transport-related invoices.
  • Prepare regular reporting on transport costs, delivery lead times and carrier performance.
  • Maintain accurate transport records and delivery documentation.
Ensure transport activities comply with Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
  • Contribute to a safety-first workplace and comply with all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Logistics or Transport industry.

  • Experience within FMCG, warehousing or aviation services is highly desirable.
  • Experience using 3PL/4PL management systems.
  • Strong data modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to warehouse locations across Australia when required.

What’s in it for you?

  • Be part of a close-knit and dedicated team.
  • Free onsite parking, daily staff meals and uniforms.
  • Career development and progression opportunities.
